Questions, problems, complaints about the project?

During the implementation of subprojects of PIUTD, there may arise various environmental or social issues, such as intensive construction programs; inadequate time for the movement of vehicles for the transport of materials; waste; noise and air pollution from construction; ecological issues, impacts on private property, etc. For this reason we have set up a complaint mechanism to encourage locals to ask questions and to be informed for a wide range of problems, even if they are not affected directly by the project.

ADF, through this complaint mechanism will answer to all city concerns about the issues related to project impacts. For each intervention will be set up a commission for complaints with community representatives and the relevant municipalities.
