Connectivity and urban requalification

The project is implemented near the exit of the Golem underpass, extending to almost all of its main roads. It is considered an important hub for local and foreign visitors who frequent the beach. The tourism industry is one of the main directions in the growth of the local economy and as a result the infrastructure aims to facilitate access and provide basic conditions with the most modern standards.

This project enabled the rehabilitation and revitalization of this space, making it more frequented and functional. The construction of the road infrastructure that connects this area with some other developed urban neighborhoods like; residences, economic buildings, individual buildings and with a natural architectural landscape has created a public space in function of the community. The interventions have created a recreational area, with greenery and many functional solutions suitable for all age groups.

The distribution of the alleys through the green space is done in a very organic way, adhering to a certain flow of lines, which are occasionally intertwined to create small squares, with all the urban furniture. Albanian Development Fund, through a number of ongoing projects and those envisaged in the following is increasingly close to localities and urban centers throughout the country.
