Tirana- 5000 inhabitants are the direct beneficiaries of this "Connecting Bridge" in the two municipalities of Belsh and Cerrik. There are 7 villages in the Administrative Unit Gostime, the municipality of Cerrik with 12 180 inhabitants and 4 villages in Grekan Administrative Unit, with 5 019 inhabitants. The complete reconstruction of this road has led to a significant improvement in the lives of the inhabitants.This is because has been facilitated the movement for basic services towards the centers of the respective municipalities.

Transport in agriculture and livestock sector promotes the economic development of the area, which for residents translates into increased revenues and opportunities for new investment. After the completion of the asphalting process will be installed the horizontal and vertical signage along the entire length of the road, to enable safety for pedestrians and vehicles.
