Albanian Development Fund (ADF) intends to award an External Expertise contract for “Maritime and Inland Water Traffic Vessel Management Assessment” with financial assistance from the Interreg – IPA Cross-border Co-operation Italy – Albanian – Montenegro (ALMONIT) Program, 2014-2020 of the European Union.
