Tirana- “Urban Reconstruction / Re-qualification near Vlora City Center Zone B, Justin Godart Road” is toward completion

Physical progress is approximately 95%. Currently works are proceeding to complete the urban furniture and paving the road with stones.

This intervention foresees in total:

- 1489 m2 road and pavements paved with stones,

- 332 m2 roof with tile,

- 887 m2 facade painting,

- as well as 7105 m2 squares paved with stones.

This project is implemented in the framework of the program "Priority Investments - Impact on Tourism Development and Promotion

This project is funded by the Albanian Government and aims to improve infrastructure. The residents of the area will have direct economic and social benefit.
