TIRANA - The Albanian Development Fund solves the problem of water supply in rural areas. The next investment will be implemented in the municipality of Burrel and its villages. Next year, about 1,400 inhabitants of three villages (German, Midh and Koder Cerre) will have 24-hour potable water according to the best standards.


Works in progress:

- Construction of the main line, 4.5 km
- Construction of distribution line, 35 km
- Construction of 2 new reservoirs
- Rehabilitation of 1 existing reservoir
- Construction of 3 new catchments
- Installation 211 boxes for 386 water meters.

The construction of the water supply scheme is expected to be completed next year, providing 24- hour potable water.
