The overall objective of the consultancy services is to improve the governing capacities of local and regional administration by setting up the Road Asset Management System (RAMS) of the regional and local road network, through the assessment of the existing conditions of this network, the necessary interventions for its improvement and optimization, in order to serve as a tool to assess, prioritize and cost future interventions for the improvement of the regional and local roads network.
