So far, about 45% of the works have been completed for the project "Construction, Asphalting, Engineering Network, Road No.1, Lekures, Lot 1 + 2".

The city of Saranda continues to be one of the most frequented cities by foreign tourists with a high concentration during the summer season. The Albanian Development Fund in continuous cooperation with the Local Unit continues to meet and improve the infrastructural conditions, in order to facilitate the circulation and enable modern standards.

"It will be a panoramic ring of Saranda, which significantly facilitates the flow of urban movement mainly during the tourist season, but which at the same time gives another approach, concept and development for the area where it passes."
Residents often describe it as a Bypass for Saranda, which will free traffic to the road to Ksamil and turn it into a beautiful hub for the city.

This intervention is an added value for the area, with full parameters of an urban road as in the following along its length will be supplemented with lighting, signage, greenery, etc. This road is also favored by a panoramic position that can be used throughout the day, beyond the infrastructural point of view.
