Tirana- One of the most beautiful cities in Albania, the junction of the Adriatic and Ionian seas , Vlora is one of the "most coveted" destinations and is visited in any season of the year. The number of tourists is increasing and as a result the demand for services and conditions needs access and traffic relief.

After many interventions realised in the coastal city, the next project is the connection of the Trans-Balkan road with the Port of Vlora. (the latter another important meeting point, with multiple functions and investment focus). The connecting road will be on a completely new trail in an urban area. It starts from the intersection of the Trans-Balkan road with Zvernec road and geometrically follows the extension of the axis of the Trans-Balkan road. After the completion of this project, the entire length of the road ends, including the connection of the Fier-Vlora highway with the Trans-Balkan road to the Port. This significantly improves the movement of vehicles in the port.

The project realized and implemented in this city aims to radically transform the infrastructural dimension of Vlora.
