Tirana - Final works are focused on laying the binder layer and asphalt concrete, along the entire length of the road. So far,have been completed the retaining walls and the road curbs. Meanwhile, have been carried out the installation of the guardrail, the side banks as well as the vertical signage.

6.6 km road are intertwined with other axes that are under reconstruction in Laberi. This investment will directly contribute in the development of the local economy and tourism. The project will provide faster access to markets and the coast, thus bringing more revenue. For locals, this translates into security for the future and new economic opportunities.
