Tirana- 65% of works for the reconstruction of the road National Axis Luftinje -Izvor have been completed. In the first segment, which continues up to km 5 + 100, profiling with binder and laying the asphalt concrete layer are in progress. The profiling with binder and laying of the asphalt concrete layer has been completed, in the II segment from km 5 + 100 to km 8 + 300 km. Meanwhile the realization of the side banks is near completion.

In the third segment from km 8 + 300 to km 12 + 700 and in the forth segment from km 12 + 700 to km 15 + 000, have been completed the casting of the stabilizer layer, the casting of the binder layer and the casting of the asphalt concrete layer.

This road segment will serve to all residents of the Administrative Unit Luftinje (former Luftinje Commune). It will enable their movement towards the National Road and the cities of Memaliaj and Tepelena.
