A new intervention in the north of the country where works are continuing at a good pace. The project foresees the improvement of the road layers of the axis that starts on Shkodra-Han i Hotit highway to Dedaj village ( specifically until the branch to Razem village), as well as the improvement of the road layers of the road segment - branching to the village of Rec.

The intervention aims to :

  • improve the movement of vehicles from the national road Shkodra - Han i Hotit, in the direction of the villages included in the Qender Administrative Unit and Shkrel Administrative Unit,
  • facilitate the movement of locals towards the Administrative Units, the municipality of Koplik and the national road Shkodra-Koplik-Han i Hotit,
  • develop and increase mountain tourism, such as tourist spot Razem, Boge and Theth,
  • to give a significant impact on the growth of economic activities of the area and their further development.

The main activities of the area are agro-tourism, agriculture and livestock, tobacco cultivation and cultivation of medicinal plants.
