Tirana- The first phase of works for the reconstruction of this axis continues at a good pace. In the first 5 km, has been completed 50% of the existing asphalt scarification as well as compression of the surface with roller. Up to km 8 were opened the side channels and about 75% of them were realized up to km 13. Meanwhile in the segment IV, up to km 15 has been completed the ballast layer.

Compression and stabilizer tests were completed. This intervention will leave behind the heavy traffic to enable in the future a modern infrastructure in the service of the involved areas that are also direct beneficiaries.
