Tiranë-Kjo ndërhyrje ka të bëjë me segmentin e fundit rrugor të parikonstruktuar të Aksit Tepelenë – Gusmar që është  pjesa e parë e aksit rrugor Tepelenë – Kuç  dhe lidh krahinën e Kurveleshit dhe krahinës e Kuçit me qytetin Tepelenë. Si dhe në të ardhmen do te lidhë edhe Bregdetin e Jonit në Borsh të Sarandës.

Segmenti Tepelenë – dalje Bençë me gjatësi 7,9 km dhe segmenti Hyrje Lekdush – Hyrje Gusmar me gjatësi 10 km janë rikonstruktuar  me fonde të Qeverisë Shqiptare me gjerësi të shtresës asfaltike 5 m dhe trup rruge 6,5 m.

Ndërkohë është në proces segmenti i ndërmjetëm dalje Bençë – hyrje Lekdush me gjatësi 7,5 km.

Currently this segment is in poor condition where there are no road layers, side channels, retaining walls, road protection barriers, etc. There is a lack of horizontal and vertical signage, and the road is not wide.

When the reconstruction of the road from Tepelena to Borsh will be completed will be possible to connect Vjosa valley and Gjirokastra-Levan Road with Borsh Coast, thus creating a corridor of mobility for locals and foreign tourists. This road axis is included in the Local and National Strategies for Tourism Development.
