The intervention begins at the exit of Tepelena-Levan National Crossroads continues in Luftinje and ends in the village of Izvor.
According to the typology of the road is divided into 4 segments:

1- Crossroads of the National Road - Sector III (Coal Mine),
2- Sector III (Coal Mine) - Exit of the Bridge over Luftinje River,
3-Exit Bridge over Luftinje River - Exit of Canaj village
4- Exit of Canaj village - Ivzor.

The current condition of this road segment is quite bad, as no reconstructive intervention has been made since its construction. This has brought difficulties in movement, transport, thus transforming it into a serious obstacle for the economic development of the area over the years. The reconstruction of this road segment will serve all residents in Luftinje Administrative Unit (formerly Luftinje Commune) for their movement towards the National Road, Memaliaj and Tepelena Cities.
