Albanian Center for Economic Research (ACER) contracted by the Albanian Development Fund (ADF) conducted a tourist survey in 9 areas in which the Project for Integrated Urban and Tourism Development (PIUTD) is being implemented, as well as four focus group discussions in 4 preselected urban centers within the framework of the project, in cooperation with the respective Local Government Units. This report is divided into four main chapters: The first chapter presents a description of the 2019 Tourist Survey; Chapter two analyzes Tourist Survey Findings, 2019 and a comparison of data with the 2018 survey and 2016 baseline study; Chapter Three describes Focus Group Discussion Findings and Chapter Four presents Tourist Counting Findings at 9 tourist destinations included in the project.
