Improving infrastructure, in service of the community

Always in compliance with rules and legal guidelines on social distancing for activities in the workplace

In cooperation with CEB, WBIF and the Albanian Government about 60% of works have been carried out for the construction of the integrated service center Palasa , the rehabilitation of Potami balcony and the parking lot in Dhermi. The project is developed in the framework of the program "Community Work IV".

Many facilities, in service of the community and tourists. This center will include civil emergency functions.

The center is designed along the beach road for faster access. Each service will have its own building. All buildings have a common service area, for parking and other necessities.

The project is one of the interventions that the Albanian Development Fund is carrying out in coastal cities. This investment will give the right space to residents and visitors.
