Tirana- According to the historian N.SH (journalist and researcher) in his encyclopedia about Tepelena, the name of the village Salari is thought to come from Turkish and means "e dhjeta e kashtës", a tax paid during the empire by all inhabitants of the area. This village will be connected to Dukaj village through the latest investment of the Albanian government. The road-6.6 km long is under reconstruction and is part of an investment chain throughout the Laberia area.
The excavation and filling works for road profiling in the segment Kthesa Salari-Salari are toward completion. Work is also underway on processes such as laying the ballast layer, and other engineering works.Works have been realized at 40% and all technical security measures have been implemented. HSE measures have been implemented for the safety of staff and residents.
