Tirana- Only 8 km far from Shkodra and you will find particular locations to shoot amazing photos.
Firstly you will see the 13 asymmetrical arches of Ura e Mesit over Kir River where nature has "respected and protected" the 18th-century stone building.

Works in LOT I are focused in:

- side walls and canals
- and filling with chippings

Road cleaning is proceeding in order to speed up the works in LOT II.
