Tirana- Fier Center is toward urban requalification. This intervention is implemented by the Albanian Development Fund in the framework of the program"Priority Investment with high impact in tourism development and promotion".

Currently, the central square is being paved with stone slabs, and work is underway on the eastern balcony (in front of the Catholic Church).

Greenery works are underway along the road and near Gjanica.
