Works for the reconstruction of the road which connects "Ura e Mesit" with "Drishti Castle", Lot II & III have started.
The segment road leads to the village of Drisht in Castle of Drisht and is connected with Shkoder-Dukagjin road.
The project is divided in two Lots: Lot II, "Ura e Mesit-Drisht", which begins after the bridge over Kir River and ends at 2 km + 980. Currently the road is completely amortized and in the most of the road there is noasphalt layers.

Lot 3, Drisht - Castle of Drisht, starts at the exit of the village of Drisht and ends at the entrance of the Castle of Drisht at 3 km + 070. The main problems in this segment are the slides on the road body and on the sections above the road. Another problem is the water which leads to rapid depreciation of the asphalt layers. The road lacks protective elements. Reconstruction of “Ura e Mesit-Drishti Castle” will develop agricultural economy and tourism in the area. This intervention constitutes only one of the pillars of intervention for Drishti area, which is part of “100 Villages Program” of the Albanian Government. The latter will enable the revitalization of Drishti and will transform it into a model of development of historical and heritage areas.
