Tirana- Currently this road segment has big damages in the asphalt layers and base layers on most of the road surface. Due to its tightness, the exchange of vehicles is very difficult.

The direct beneficiaries are approximately 205,983 inhabitants. Interventions include:

- Existing asphalt scarification

- Gravel layer

- Stabilizer layers in the road

- Structural works

- Drainage Works (Circular Manhole)

The main economic activity in the municipality of Konispol is agriculture, livestock and cross-border trade with Greece.

Through this road, inhabitants will be able to collect and trade local agricultural products to national and international markets.
