Tirana- Asphalt layers in the first segment(1.2 km long) are completed. Furthermore, the asphalt layers have been completed with binders and carpets from the River to Imesht.
Meanwhile, in segment 2 has been laid 900 m binder and in segment 3 has been laid 2.8 km binder and 2.4 km carpet. This project is funded by the Albanian Government and implemented by the Albanian Development Fund. The direct beneficiaries are 40,000 inhabitants in the villages of Imesht, Lume, Ngurrez e Madhe, Fier i Ri and Kashtbardh. This intervention will enable to farmers faster access to market and will increase the local production. Also will provide easier access of inhabitants to basic services, and will improve the quality of life.
