Tirana- Currently works are focused on lying decorative tiles on the main square. This project also includes:

- Restoration of 2000 m2 facades,

-Building of 1500 m2 new roofs,

-Construction of a 1700 m2 public parking space.

Work will continue on construction of water supply and sewerage system, public lighting, greenery, signage, and urban furniture, etc.

The treated space for the reconstruction of the square consists of 20.000 m2. At the same time, works are continuing in the platform of the lake and in the area were people do picnics.

The reconstruction of Shiroka Square will be integrated in the project “Requalification Western coast Shkodra Lake”.

This project is funded by the Albanian government and aims to transform Shiroka into a tourist, entertainment and social center.
