So far, have been completed 80% of works for the project “Reconstruction of the access road and promenade in Belsh”
Currently, works are focused on the completion of the promenade, the sport fields, the playgrounds etc.
The carousel already installed in the playground is ready to entertain all age groups.
Belshi town with a population of 14,337 is also known as the traditional center of Dumrea.

Interventions include a complete reconstruction of this area, thus facilitating access to basic services for locals.This investment intends to promote the development of agrotourism, not only in Belsh but throughout Dumrea area.
The project is funded by the Albanian Government and implemented by the Albanian Development Fund. It is foreseen to have a positive long-term impact on the growth of tourism and the local economy
