TIRANA- Works for the construction of the promenade are in progress. The squares are planned extended to the sea in order to create an organic connection between the promenade and the sea. Other staircases overlooking the sea are under construction.
The project aims to create new spaces in service of the community.

In the past “Taulantia” promenade was the place where locals and tourists enjoyed seaside walks and the other part of the promenade was used by street vendors. The project foresees creating green spaces, new lighting system, playgrounds as well as spaces designed for events, concerts etc. The promenade will be transformed into a multifunctional area.
