Tirana-The Albanian Development Fund is continuing with the implementation of the program “Rural Water Supply III”. Currently works are focused the villages of Cernice, Rrogam, Llugaj, Dunishe and Bukove part of Tropoje municipality. This project will have a direct impact on 2107 inhabitants, supplying potable water 24/7.

 

The program funded by the Albanian Government, German government through KfW and European Union foresees:

  • Construction of the main delivery line, 6km
  • Construction of distribution line, 45 km
  • Construction of 2 new reservoirs
  • Construction of 1 connection point
  • Installation of 89 boxes for 440 water meters

The project is expected to finish next year and aims to solve the problem of the water supply in these villages.
