TIRANË – Kanë përfunduar punimet për ndërtimin e stacionit të pompimit dhe depos 50 m³ për furnizimin me ujë të zonave “Baba Rexhepi” dhe “Lugu i Dardhës”, Sarandë.  Pjesë e këtij investimi është edhe ndërtimi i rrjetit elektrik TU dhe TM për furnizimin e depos 2000 m³. Ndërkohë po punohet për lidhjen me energjinë elektrike dhe vënien në punë të pompës, që do të pasohet nga një periudhë prove ose kolaudimi, për t’u siguruar që gjithçka funksionon si duhet.

Projekti financohet nga qeveria shqiptare dhe zbatohet nga Fondi Shqiptar i Zhvillimit  në kuadër të programit për Investimet Prioritare me Impakt në Turizëm.

 

There are about 17,000 residents in “Baba Rexhepi” and “Lugu I Dardhes” in Saranda which will have running water according to the best chemical and physic-bacteriological parameters.

The project aims to increase the amount of water, duration of supply hours up to 20-24 hours, minimization of water loss within the distribution system by up to 20%.

The project is expected to have a positive impact on improving water supply, public health, and the economy of the area. The improved water supply service provides necessary hygienic conditions, improved tourism services given the fact that Saranda is one of the most frequented cities, especially during the summer season.
