TIRANA – Shkembi I Kavajes Residential Area has been completely transformed after the rehabilitation project. Drainage system, underground infrastructure on all internal roads, asphalting, vertical and horizontal signage, sidewalks, lighting and greenery have been completed in the block from "Vale Deti " road, to the "Horizon" road.
