TIRANA- The Albanian Development Fund has announced a tender for the project "Urban Requalification in Puka (second phase) ".

The project foresees the rehabilitation of the connecting roads to Puka Hospital, intervention on the existing facades in two buildings near municipality square, civil works for the protection of the lake, and other supplementary interventions.

The connecting roads to Puka Hospital are degraded roads. The project foresees the construction of the sewage system, asphalt layers, vertical and horizontal road signs, lighting system, greenery and parking lots.

The overall situation is assessed by a working group that has organized some field visits. In addition to above-mentioned interventions, the project foresees the drafting of the underground infrastructure which can support the development of the city for at least the next 50 years. This will help long-term planning and will avoid partial interventions over the years.
