TIRANA-Albanian Development Fund will invest $ 163 million during 2019 in rural and regional infrastructure.

These funds will be awarded by foreign donors and Albanian government; the latter will spend 5.5 billion ALL for ADF projects during 2019.

ADF executive director, Benet Beci listed at the top of the projects for the next year the requalification of Vlora River area, construction of two lots.

Director of ADF, Benet Beci said that “Together with World Bank we are designing a project for tourism; part of this project is Gjirokastra, Saranda, Permeti and Berati”. Beci stressed that this is a multi functional project, which aims increasing economy through tourism.

Albanian Development Fund considering the potential of the Albanian Alps is investing to make this area more accessible for tourists. Together with the government we have some projects in Shkoder, Vlore and in the coast south. This budget will give an efficient impact on the regional economic development”.-said ADFs director.
