I. The duration and summary scope of the contract: The construction period is 10 months. The works consists in the rehabilitation of the existing building in the center of Tamare and a linkage road of 750 m which lead to the border with Montenegro. In this phase is foreseen the rehabilitation of the left over building together with other parts of Tamara. The project foresees the plastering of the existing old building and in the same time preserving their architectural characteristics. Also new roofs will be constructed in accordance with the old methodology and in the same time showing op the decades this building s have gone through.
Required works are mainly paving works for the linkage segment and the construction of a river protection through gabion walls along the river side.
The Site is located at Malesia e Madhe municipality.
