I.  The duration and summary scope of the contract: The construction period is 6 months. The works consists in the rehabilitation of road connection to Puke Hospital. The project foresees the construction of drainage and footpaths. The project also takes into account the construction of lighting, greening and vertical and horizontal sign.

The project foresees the plastering and painting of the existing old building facades including thermic insulation and in the same time preserving their architectural characteristics. Also new roofs will be constructed in accordance with the old methodology. Also, the project foresees the systematization and Lake protection works.

Required works are mainly earth works and landscaping, site systematization, the construction of a lake protection through concrete works and paving works.

The Site is located at Puka municipality.
