IV. The Bidder submitting the successful Bid: “Cemil Ozgur Insaat Sanayi Ve Ticaret AS”.

V. The Contract price: 4,527,343.2 US$ (VAT included).

VI. The duration and summary scope of the contract: The construction period is 12 months. The Project consists of the reconstruction of the road the secondary roads from “Plepa” Roundabout to “Golem” underpass on both sides, identified by the designer as “AM” and “AD”. The road rehabilitation is followed by the construction of the new networks of the underground facilities such as drainage electrical and road lighting.

The main objectives are:

–  improving access to the touristic potentials of the area, with the purpose of tourism development,
–  increase the quality of life of the community and vacationers,
–  increase opportunities for the sustainable economic development of the tourist area,
–  improve and ensure movement of vehicles and people within the tourist area as well as improving and facilitating the circulation of vehicles from the tourist area towards Kavaja, Durrës and Tirana.

To achieve the above objectives, it is foreseen the reconstruction of the roads, canals and promenades, mainly on existing paths.
