I. The duration and summary scope of the contract: The construction period is 5 months. Valbona valley is the most attractive part of the National Alps Park. The actual project consists in the rehabilitation of the existing two building, construction of four bungalows, a gift shop, parking area and other constructive works which will help tourism in the area.
Required works are mainly stone tile works, system installation, water sanitation, landscaping etc.
The Site is located at Tropoja municipality.
